Enabling SNMP on Windows 10 build 1803 and later
Microsoft has decided to remove the SNMP service from the list of features on Windows 10 client machines.
To enable it, you need to use Powershell in administrator mode (elevation). Then type the following command:

Add-WindowsCapability -Online -Name "SNMP.Client~~~~0.0.1.0"
